The Rock Report – Tuesday April 23

Looks like Fall Out Boy will have a number #1 CD this week. Their current release, "Save Rock N Roll" has already sold over 100,000 copies. There's also new CDs out this week from Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch and Phoenix.

After a few years of legal troubles and lawsuits the former members of Breaking Benjamin have agreed on terms for the use of the band's name. Lead singer and founder Benjamin Burnley will get to use the name but there's no word on whether he'll put together a new lineup or when he will be recording.

MGMT has a new CD coming out in June and have just released a new single called "Alien Days." Check it out below.
