Godsmack frontman Sully Erna has got a new solo album out called, Avalon, and he's promoting it with a handful of solo tour dates. Unfortunately, New Orleans isn't on that list. 

 

 

Dave Grohl has put together an all star band to promote his new movie called, Sound City.  The band is made up of musicians who appear in the flick and includes artists in Rage Against The Machine, Queens of the Stone Age, Cheap Trick and Fleetwood Mac. They'll play 2 performances in L.A. on January 31st.  

 

Volbeat is back in the studio working on a new album!  The band expects to be releasing something in the next few months.
